Once you subscribe to one of the sponsorship tiers, the website will automatically put you in the respective group and give you the viewing privileges for that group.
You will also receive emails from the website specific for your group.I do not enter each email from my email address. Instead, the system automaticall sends whatever email I want to be sent by selecting that specific group.
That is why it is very important that, if your Paypal address is not the email address you use on a daily basis, you need to make sure that as email in your user profile is the email that you use on a daily basis.
The billing section on the website is separate from the regular activity. The system will only send emails to whatever email is listed on the user profile.
I cannot see any of your billing details. The website does not process your payment. It only redirects you to Paypal, that is where the transaction takes place (on the Paypal website) and then through a small app, Paypal sends an "ok, payment went through" to my website and your subscription is updated with "paid".
You cannot change your Paypal credentials (card, username, etc) through my website. You can only do that by logging in directly to Paypal. The only connection my website has with Paypal is to connect you to Paypal so you can pay and getting the OK from Paypal that transaction went through.
When you register on the website, the website will send you an "activation email". In that email is a link that you need to click to confirm and activate your account. Sometimes it might happen that the email from the website ends up in your spam box. If that link is not clicked, your account on the website will not be active and you won't be able to log in. I can still go in the admin area and activate your account manually if you can't find the activation email. But you need to let me know.
Once your account is activated and your subscription is paid, you will be able to see new menus on the website after you log in.
Above the log in module, on the right hand side of the page, there will be new menus appearing: the Tier you belong to as well as a link to older sponsor lives. You will also be able to access the sponsor forum. You will not be able to see these if you're not logged in.
Also, feel free to message me or email me if you have any issues. I would appreciate if you do not message me before around 3 pm Central Time as I'm trying to focus on working, but if you really have a burning issue, the best way of getting hold of me right away would be to message me on my personal Facebook profile. Everything else I only check every 2-3 hours or so
